My Suggestion Thread

Just made a thread for all of my suggestions for the Serious Roleplay server..

#1 : Black Market should be able to sell ammo.
#2 : Citizen's jobs such as, Shopkeeper should be earned by a license through the Wehrmacht.

#1 is feasible, ammo would probably be a little easier to get than weapons

#2 makes sense, from a realistic point of view, but there isn't any in-game benefit to limiting sales licenses. Either it would result in a reduction in characters selling stuff because they can't get licenses (and there aren't many shopkeepers already), or the license will be given out freely and really have no effect.

#3 Keeping track of the street value for each item? Data collection is a nightmare in itself, and there's not much benefit. Now, tracking the sales of each item to allow shopkeepers / the BM itself to adjust prices based on sales could have a visible benefit. Remember when CS:S had the dynamic pricing system? That was a little ridiculous, but it's a real economic concept that should be implemented.

#4 That's a bit... questionable. Handguns don't have enough power to effectively penetrate a door, and rifles have a strong risk of ricocheting and hitting the shooter. Same as buckshot.

#5 The beer sold is up to the bartender to label and sell; you shouldn't need seperate items with the same appearance and same purpose, just because one person wants a hefeweizen and another wants a schwarzbier. You can take care of the differences in-character, the script doesn't need to be involved.

#6 What real difference is there between the Enfield and the K98k? One will be harder to acquire ammo for; that's about it.

#7 Let's be serious here.
